Coating systems and combinations

We agree specific values for your application, such as salt spray test duration, with you according to the specification.

Base materials

Not every coating is possible on every material. Process selection is tailored to material compatibility, performance requirements and final application. We process:

• Non-ferrous metals, e.g. brass
• Alloyed and unalloyed steels, including stainless steel
• Aluminium
• Special materials on request

• Fully automated plating line with overhead transport
• Fixed process parameters for repeatable results
• In-house chemistry lab and integrated quality and inspection systems
• Rack and soft drum plating

Rack window

The maximum part size is limited by our line: 1000 × 725 × 300 mm.

Soft drum plating

Delicate or complex small parts can be plated in soft drums – particularly effective for high-volume small components that need a consistent finish.

• No or significantly fewer contact points
• Parts without their own hanging point can be coated reliably
• Even layer distribution with suitable part geometry

Parts that are too large or heavy can get impact marks in the drum. We check this with you beforehand.

From selection to qualification

We don’t just take orders. From material and process selection through process development to full qualification, we act as an extension of your engineering team. Every batch is documented and traceable, and our quality management is certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (certificate).
