Cadmium-free plating for aerospace and defence

We plate components for aerospace, defence and marine applications – where hardware failure is not an option and environmental compliance is a necessity. Our processes are RoHS and REACH compliant alternatives to traditional cadmium.

Legacy coatings often rely on restricted substances that face increasing regulatory pressure. Cadmium-free coating systems eliminate this compliance risk without sacrificing performance.

Multi-layer systems (e.g. tin-zinc over electroless nickel) on aluminium, brass and stainless steel are also possible.
